I love this!

Marcy got me started blogging---and she knew me well enough to know that if I got started, I'd be hooked! The thing I like most about it is that I can just put down my thoughts with no pressure for anyone else to read it. It's here if they want to read it, but they don't have to if they don't want to. Awesome! I just wish it had a "notice" to tell me when my friends had put up a new blog. But then I guess that would be "pressure" for some.
This photo is just of me and Livie (Olivia)--taken by my good friend Kara Piehl. You need to check out her photography!

Hey Becky,
If you're wanting an easy way to keep up with other blogs, you can use an RSS reader. I use Bloglines, and it keeps a list of my favorite blogs and highlights them when they've been updated. You're in my list! I have over 100 (that I should weed down), but it's the easiest way to keep up and pretty addicting!

On your blog list, when you're in the layout page, you should be able to have some kind of function that lets you know when a new blog comes up--like on my page.

go to your layout page. Click on edit blog list. There are 4 little squares there, I have icon, title, and date checked off--then it shows on my blog under that person's name when they write a new blog--and how long ago. Let me know it that makes sense.

I love that picture. So sweet.
Yes, the furniture is here. Did you call and leave a message? We were at a friends' house eating dinner and I heard it ring and forgot to check it later. Now I'm too exhausted to get out of this chair and find my phone.
Oh man! Boxes and boxes. Why do they wrap bottles individually???

Okay, Lissa & Marcy. I'm so new at this I have no clue what you're talking about! I couldn't find RSS or bloglines or edit blog. HELP!!!

when you are signed in, go to layout. There should be a little square with a bunch of things in it. Maybe you have to add a page element first. Choose blog list. Then add everyone to your blog list and do what my other comments say. Let me know if you have more trouble.

On my blog, notice how mine says blog list--and yours says friends? I think you need to add an "official" blog list. It's under the page element section of layout. You will have to re-enter everyone's blogspot address, but see if that works. Sorry I am being so wordy, but it's just hard to explain it.

This is still one of my favorite pictures I've ever taken.
