Good Question

"How is it possible for you to believe [how can you learn to believe], you who [are content to seek and] receive praise and honor and glory from one another, and yet do not seek the praise and honor and glory which come from Him Who alone is God?"  John 5:44

How much time do we give seeking glory from others?  Our world is full of it, right?  We love it when someone responds to a post we've made on facebook.  We revel when someone comments on our blog.  We like to hear how well we did when we've done anything.  We love men's praise.  (I love men's praise!)

How often do we seek God's praise?  This verse won't let go of me.  I read it two days ago and it's haunting me.  I think I've put my ladder up against the wrong wall.
